    2 pounds of lean ground beef
    1 can of tomato soup
    2 cans of diced tomatoes for chili
    3 cans kidney beans
    2 cups of medium salsa
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper
    1/2 cup sugar


2 pounds of 80/20 ground beef will cook up to appx 18oz - I used the cooked weight for the nutritional calculations


cook ground beef onion and green pepper
drain and rinse with hot water
add all ingredients except beans to a 5 quart or larger slow cooker
cook for appx 3 hours on high, then add beans and cook 2-3 hours on low

Serving Size: makes 11 1 cup servings
