Ingredients

    Coconut oil - 3/4 C - liquified
    Shredded coconut - 2.5 C
    Cocoa powder - 1/2 C
    Vanilla extract - 1tsp
    honey - 1/2 C

Tips

Use a microwave safe dish to get the coconut oil from room temperature solid to a liquid. It only takes about 20-30 seconds.


Directions

Combine all ingredients except coconut in a bowl. Add coconut and stir to combine. Line a baking sheet (or other container) with wax paper, use a tablespoon to make 20 balls, and put in freezer to "cook" for 30 mins.
