    3/4 c brown rice
    1 3/4 c chicken broth
    1/4 c chopped sweet onion
    1/4 c frozen peas
    1 1/2 tsp olive oil
    1 tbl walnuts, chopped and toasted
    1/8 tsp black pepper


Saute onion in olive order. Add chicken broth and cook rice per pkg directions. When done add cooked peas and remaining ingredients.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 3 3/4 c servings
