Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts, no skin, cooked and chopped or shredded
    16 oz cooked small shell pasta
    1 can (about 1 3/4 cup) black beans, drained
    1 pkg (about 1 1/2 cup) frozen yellow sweet corn
    2 (10 oz) cans rotel
    3/4 cup light sour cream
    3/4 cup sliced black olives
    2 (10 oz) cans enchilada sauce
    1 1/2 cups shredded 4-cheese Mexican blend

Directions

Mix all ingredients except cheese together in 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes until warm and bubbly. Top with cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
