Great and tasty black bean soup, low in carbs and fat! Great and tasty black bean soup, low in carbs and fat!
Number of Servings: 10


    32 oz raw black beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    half of medium sweet onion
    half of large red bell pepper
    half of small habanero pepper
    3 Tbsp ginger powder
    8 cloves of garlic
    10 Tbsp of canola oil


Eat with whole wheat bread or brown rice


Wash beans, bring to a boil and wash. Cook beans now until tender.Wash and chop all vegetables then add to the beans. Add the oil and salt to taste. Simmer for about 30 more minutes and serve.
