    8 oz. reduced fat cheddar or colby cheese
    3 cups cooked lentils (about 1.25 cups dry)
    1/2 cup onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground thyme
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 TBSP Brummel & Brown Spread
    6 TBSP Marinara Sauce


Preheat oven to 350*

In a food processor, grind together the cheese, lentils and onion. Add the salt, pepper, thyme, breadcrumbs, egg and margarine. Mix thoroughly.

Spread evenly in a loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve each slice topped with 1 TBSP Marinara Sauce.

Serving Size: Cut into 6 1 1/3" thick slices
