Ingredients

    2 cups flour ( i used whole wheat)
    2.5 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp, salt
    2 tsp. sugar (i used cane sugar)
    5 Tblsp. butter
    3/4 cups milk (approx.) (i used coconut milk)

Tips

Could add some herbs to spice them up for dinners. They are delicious!!!


Directions

Preheat oven to 450*. Mix dry ingredients together, then blend in butter with a pastry blender. Add enough milk to make a soft dough. You can roll the dough out and cut it with a glass or cookie cutter or what I did was just divide dough into 8 pieces and flatter them into circles. Cook till no longer soft in middle.

Serving Size: makes 8 biscuits
