My grocery stores local deli makes a delicious buffalo chicken wrap, and I have lightened it up by only using one cheese, fat free ranch, and flatout bread. This makes a great lunch. Ingredients

    1 Flatout Bread multi grain
    2oz boneless skinless chicken breast
    1/2 roma tomato
    1 cup romaine lettuce
    1oz blue cheese
    2tbsp Hidden Valley fat free ranch
    1/2tbsp Frank's Buffalo Sauce

Tips

You can leave out the buffalo sauce and sub the blue cheese for cheddar or colby jack cheese to make it kid friendly as well.


Directions

1 Cut chicken breast into thin strips. Spray pan lightly with Pam or similar spray. Cook chicken. Dice up the roma tomato, and crumble blue cheese. Top the flatout bread with the romaine lettuce, roma tomato, blue cheese, chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 1 wrap. This recipe can easily be made for more people.
