    2 cups fresh brocolli
    2 cups fresh cauliflower
    1 cup fresh brussel sprouts
    aprox 10 baby carrots cut in half
    2 tbsp olive oil


Cut all veggies to bite size or a tad larger. Coat with olive oil. preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place in cake pan or roasting pan and bake uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring once.
