Ingredients

    1 cup wheat flour
    1/2 cup white flour
    1/2 tbsp baking powder
    1/2 tbsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cream of tartar
    4 tbsp smart balance butter spread
    1/2 cup milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 F.
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter spread until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk all at once. Stir just until moistened. Drop biscuits onto lightly greased pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
