Ingredients

2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick mix
1 cup cornmeal
3 eggs
1.75 cups skim milk
1.5 cups shredded cheese
1 lbs chicken sausage (I used bistro sensation's)
Directions
Cube chicken sausage. Set aside. Mix bisquick and cornmeal. Mix in eggs and milk. Mix in cheese and chicken sausage. Spoon mixture into lined muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
