Tahini (sesame paste) is my favorite base for creamy salad dressings. Tahini (sesame paste) is my favorite base for creamy salad dressings.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 teaspoon honey
    1 teaspoon miso paste
    1/4 cup tahini
    juice and zest of 2 lemons
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 cup warm water


This dressing will thicken after being refrigerated.


Combine all ingredients in a blender or small bowl. Add additional water if needed to achieve desired consistency.

Use immediately or refrigerate for up to three days.

Serving Size: Serves 6. 2 tablespoons per serving
