    ground turkey
    sauteed onions
    green bell peppers
    canned diced tomoatoes
    cottage cheese
    Mozerella cheese
    oilive oil
    pasta shells


sautee diced onions and peppers, add ground turkey to brown, season to taste.
Boil pasta shells in water until al dente
fill pasta shells with cottage cheese and sautee mixture
place shells in oven dish and cover the shells with tomato sauce and mozerella cheese.
Bake on 375 for about 30 minutes
