    4 String cheese sticks (Lucerne Light Mozzarella)
    1/4 c. Gold Medal Flour
    1 egg white (beaten)
    1/4 c. Manischewitz Matzo Meal
    Italian spices
    salt (to taste)


Preheat oven to 375. Combine matzo meal, Italian spices, and salt in small flat bowl. Set aside.Cut each cheese stick in half, roll each section in flour then dredge in whipped egg white. Place in matzo meal mixture. Place on cookie sheet (covered in foil) and bake between 5 to 7 minutes, until cheese begins to melt. Serve and enjoy!
