Sauceless pizza with lots of veggies and a sprinkling of cheese. Sauceless pizza with lots of veggies and a sprinkling of cheese.
Number of Servings: 4


    For the crust:
    1 pkg active dry yeast (1/4 oz)
    1 tsp sugar
    1 cup warm water (110 degrees)
    2.5 cups AP flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp olive oil

    For the toppings:
    2 large tomatoes, sliced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 cup fresh broccoli florets
    1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
    1/3 cup diced bell pepper
    6 black olives, sliced
    3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded


Change the veggies to whatever you prefer, leave out the bacon or replace with ham, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, etc. This pizza is very customizable!


For the crust:
combine yeast, sugar, and water in bowl of stand mixer and let yeast proof for 10 minutes
add flour, salt, and olive oil and mix with dough hook till it forms a ball
add more flour or water, 1 tbsp at a time, if dough is too sticky or dry
let dough rest for 5 minutes, then roll out on floured surface
prick crust with a fork to prevent bubbles, rub with 1 tbsp olive oil and minced garlic

top crust with tomato slices in place of sauce, then sprinkle remaining veggies and bacon on top
top with cheese
bake in 450 degree oven for 15-18 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted
