Great flavorful chicken and potato cooked in a foil packet! Great flavorful chicken and potato cooked in a foil packet!
Number of Servings: 1


    1 frozen chicken breast
    1/4 cup salsa
    1 medium potato, sliced
    1 oz fat free mozerella cheese
    canola cooking spray
    aluminum foil


Tear off a 2 foot section of aluminum foil, and spray lightly with cooking spray. Place frozen chicken breast on foil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika, and top with salsa. Fold up edges of foil and make a tented packet, so the foil does not touch the top of the chicken. Bake one hour at 450. Remove from oven, open packet and sprinkle with mozellera cheese. Allow cheese to melt, slide onto plate and serve!
