    White rice
    1 can of kidney beans
    one can of tomatoes with green chilies

    cajun seasoning


Add all ingredients in a rice cooker. Cook according to directions on rice cooker. I used one cup of uncooked rice and estimated it to be about 2 cups cooked. Season with cajun seasonings. I used Weber and it turned out great.

Serving Size: makes 3 one cup servings
