1/2 cup non-fat Greek vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
2/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
2 TBS lowfat granola
These make great on-the-go snacks. To store for later, cover the top raspberry layer with plastic wrap. Pour the granola on top of this and cover with more plastic wrap. Secure with a rubber band. Chill. Before eating, sprinkle the granola on the top raspberry layer. Don't forget to pack a spoon!
