Introduction

This low cal shephard's pie uses up left over chicken, mashed potates and gravey. This low cal shephard's pie uses up left over chicken, mashed potates and gravey.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.75 breast, bone and skin removed in bite sized pices
    Carrots, cooked, 3 carrots
    Green Beans, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup chopped
    Mashed Potatoes, 2 cups
    Gravy, 2 cups
    Rosemary
    Thyme
    Salt
    Pepper

    This recipies is forgiving, just use what ever leftover you have. I some time substiute in corn or sauted mushrooms.

Directions

Prehead oven to 350

Mix chicken, beans, carrots, and onions in leftover gravy. Season to taste. About 1 teaspoon each rosemary and tyme. A pinch of salt and pepper. Pour into greased pie pan. Crumble mashed potates over the top.

Bake for 30-40, time will depend on how many leftovers you have used.
