Introduction

I adapted this from Hungry Girl's Version. I adapted this from Hungry Girl's Version.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 15 oz can no salt added green peas
    2 avocados
    1/4 cup fage greek yogurt
    1/4 cup fat free sour cream
    4 tsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper, ground cumin, chile powder
    2/3 cup chopped grape tomatoes
    1 med. onion chopped
    1/3 cup sliced jarred jalapenos, chopped

Tips

Goes great with tacos or in the Mexican seven layer dip.
Per Hungry Girl's version you get 1/3 cup, my version is 1/2 cup.


Directions

In food processor, put green peas, avocados, salt lime juice, yogurt and sour cream. Pulse until peas and avocados are smooth and blended well.

Put in med. mixing bowl pea mixture and stir in rest of ingredients. Stir to combine well.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 9 1/2 cup servings.
