Ingredients

9 Catelli Express Lasagna Noodles
4 c Hunts Pasta Sauce
1 lb ground beef, lean
3 tbsp onions, chopped
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 c cottage cheese
1 lg egg
240 g Kraft Italiano cheese
Tips
Serve with garlic bread or toast for an extra kick.
Directions
Brown hamburger, drain excess grease. Add onions, powder and sauce. Bring to boil. Beat egg, and stir into cottage cheese.
In an 8x12x2 pan, layer meat sauce, 3 noodles (lengthwise), meat sauce, noodles, cottage cheese mix, a handful or two of the Italiano cheese, noodles and top with remaining sauce. If the noodles are not covered, add another cup or so of sauce from a second can.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Check noodles at 45 minutes, and return to oven for ten minutes if necessary. Top with cheese and place under broiler until bubbly or lightly browned, depending on your preferences.
