    1 dash of black peper
    1 large egg
    45 grams of grits
    2 large egg whites
    1 dash of sea salt
    .25 cups of skim milk
    1 spray of olive oil cooking spray


Heat a non-stick frying pan with a spray of oil over med. heat
Beat the egg and egg whites together in a small bowl with a little skim milk and season with sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Pour into the frying pan and scramble eggs using spatula to turnover and separate as the eggs are cooking.
Meanwhile, place the grits in a bowl and pour over the remaining skim milk.
As soon as the eggs are cooked, transfer to a serving plate.
