    Mash avocado with a fork until fairly smooth
    Dice tomato slices extremely finely and then mix with avocado
    Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the avocado mixture
    Add salt and pepper to the avocado mixture to taste
    Place turkey meat on the rice cake
    Add avocado salsa to the rice cake
