    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 cup(remove)
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, .5 cup(remove)
    Kitchen Basics, 1 serving(remove)
    Bush's Best reduced sodium Dark red Kidney Beans, 0.5 cup(remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped(remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 tbsp(remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove(remove)
    Chili powder, 1 tsp(remove)

Tips

Good for a quick lunch. Of course time will be longer or shorter depending on what ingredients are prepared ahead of time. I had some left over rice and kidney beans that needed to be used. Was also wanting a low sodium broth, so I decided to make something up with all of them together. Goes good with 1 serv. low sodium crackers and 1 oz. low sodium cheese.


Directions

Add beef broth, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, garlic minced, seasongs, and cooked rice.

Serving Size: makes about 2 - 1 cup servings
