Ingredients

    sweet potatoes
    broth
    onions
    garlic
    black pepper
    half n half

Directions

Bake potatoes for an hour or until tender. Peel skin off and put potatoes and 1 cup of broth in blender. Blend until smooth. In large pot saute onions and chopped garlic add 3 cups of broth and the sweet potatoes , stir and cook on low for 30 minutes.
