    1 egg
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    green and red peppers, chopped
    onion, chopped
    fresh spinach
    extra sharp cheddar cheese
    McCormick Tuscan seasoning


May substitute any veggies or cheese you like:)


Saute veggies in olive oil. Mix eggs with seasonings.. add to veggies. Add cheese and fold over to finish cooking. Tasty!
