    16 oz package frozen brussels sprouts, thawed
    2 tbsp roasted garlic oil
    6 cloves garlic
    salt to taste


You can use less garlic and/or different spices depending on what you like, rosemary works well.


Preheat oven to 375f.

Place thawed brussels sprouts in a baking dish with the cloves of garlic.

Drizzle the two tablespoons of oil over the top and stir so everything is lightly coated. Salt to taste.

Bake for 30 minutes stirring once after 15 minutes.
