Introduction

These are really good for you but they are high in cal to me. These are really good for you but they are high in cal to me.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    *Almond flour, 1 cup
    Oatmeal (plain), .66 cup dry
    **Flax Seed Meal 2 tbsp with 2 tbsp water mix
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 2 oz
    *Agava Nectar 100% Pure - 1 Tablespoon, 4 tbsp
    *Cactus Honey Powder (1 oz), 30 gram(s)
    Applesauce, sweetened, .50 cup
    *Blueberry one fresh, 25 serving
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp
    Coconut Oil, .2 cup

Tips

You can add peanut butter or use any other berry you want.


Directions

toast the oats at 350 for 5-6 mins then blend until it is a oat flour. Once you have done that add almond flour, cactus honey powder together and blend. Then add everything else but the blueberries. fold in berries put into muffin pan bake at 350 for 15-20 mins.
