    4 ounces cream cheese, softened
    4 ounces goat cheese, softened
    1 garlic clove, finely minced
    1/2 shallot, finely minced
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    Pinch of Red pepper flakes
    10 mini peppers, halved with seeds removed
    3 T olive oil
    1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a bowl mix together cream cheese, goat cheese, garlic, shallot, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
3. In a small bowl mix together bread brumbs, parmesan cheese and olive oil.
4. Fill each pepper with the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
