    3 mashed bananas
    3 egg whites
    2 T applesauce unsweetened
    1/3 c unsweetened almond milk
    2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
    1 t baking soda
    1/2 t baking powder
    1/4 c brown sugar
    1 c oat flour
    1/2 c coconut flour
    1/4 c chopped walnuts

    struddel topping:
    1/4 c chopped walnuts
    1 t oat flour
    1 t brown sugar
    1 t ground flaxseed
    2 dashes of cinnamon


Mix ingredients together except struddel topping in a mixer until well blended and moist.

Pour into 4 mini loaf pans sprayed with Pam.

Sturddel topping: mix together and sprinkle over four pans full of dough.

Bake 40 minutes in 350 preheated oven.
