1/2 c. dry Macaroni
1/2 c. shredded, 2% or no fat Mozzarella Cheese
16 slices Pepperoni
1 oz grated Parmesan Cheese
I added 1 cup spinach salad with 2 large strawberries on top and Walden Farms Sesame Ginger Calorie Free dressing. Salad 18 calories, Pasta 172 calories. For Desert 1/4 Belgium waffle, 6 large strawberries, sliced, and 2 T. cool Whip (125 calories). Total calories for meal: 315 calories.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain.
In small casserole dish, add half the macaroni, half the sauce, half the parmesan Cheese, and 8 slices of Pepperoni. Repeat with the remaining ingredients, top with Mozzarella Cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
