Ingredients

    1 lb Perdue Ground Chicken
    1 lb Baby Carrots
    170 grams = 5 cups Kale Greens
    6.1 oz Mushrooms
    1 Large Yellow Peppers
    1 Large Onions
    12.8 oz Extra Lean Ground Beef
    Season with your favorite Mrs. Dash


Directions

Cut up your onion & mushrooms. Brown Chicken Hamburger Mushrooms Onion & Pepper until meat is done. While that is cooking Steam Carrots & Greens. Add everything together & mix well. Season to taste with your favorite Mrs. Dash.
