    1lb. ground turkey
    1 can kidney beans
    2c. sliced mushrooms
    1qt. stewed tomatoes
    3 cloves diced garlic
    2tbsp. chopped fresh chives
    1tbsp. dehydrated onions
    2tbsp. chili powder
    1tsp. cayenne pepper


Brown turkey breast in 3qt. pot.
Drain and rinse kidney beans
Chop mushrooms, garlic, and chives--add to turkey with spices and dehydrated onions
Add tomatoes and kidney beans.
Heat at medium until water from tomatoes cooks down.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1.5 cup servings
