Good over rice or pasta or even mashed potatoes! Good over rice or pasta or even mashed potatoes!

    * 1-lb extra lean ground beef
    * 2-cups brown gravy (I use Knorr)
    * 1-small onion, minced


(1) Brown the ground beef in your pan. Drain off fat and rinse in a colander.
(2) Add the onions and gravy mix (according to the directions on your gravy pack) and cooked until thickened.
(3) Serve over rice, pasta or even mashed potatoes.

You can add mushrooms, peppers, etc.. to your liking in order to fancy this up.


YIELDS: Eight 1/2-cup servings
