This is arecipe from Kraft that I modified to make it a tiny bit healthier. This is arecipe from Kraft that I modified to make it a tiny bit healthier.
Number of Servings: 6


    1.25 lb. Shady Brook Farms ground turkey
    16 oz. salsa
    1.5 cups water
    2 cups uncooked whole wheat elbow macaroni
    1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
    1.25 cups Sargento Mexican blend shredded cheese, divided


Brown the turkey in a skillet and drain. Add salsa and water, bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer about 15 minutes until macaroni is tender. **May need a to add up to 1/4 cup more water for whole wheat amcaroni.**

Add corn and 1 cup of the cheese. Cook until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cover. Let stand one minute or until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: Makes approx. 6 1-cup servings.
