Introduction

Hearty soup. Hearty soup.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Beef, eye of round, 392 grams
    Onions, raw, 148 grams
    Baby Carrots, raw, 85 grams
    Beans, white kidney, 425 grams (1 15 oz can)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 396 grams (1 15 oz can)
    1 tsp oregano
    1tsp red pepper flakes
    1 Tbs chopped parsley
    Parmesan cheese


Directions

Cut meat into bite size pieces. Chop onions and cut carrots in half. Drain beans and add along with Chicken broth to slow cooker. Set on high and cook until meat is tender.
Add parsley when cooking is done.
Serving size is one cup.
Sprinkle each serving with a bit of parmesan cheese.
