    1 - head cauliflower (approx. 2 cups)
    2 - eggs, whole
    1/2 cups scallions
    garlic powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes (any seasoning you like)


Cook cauliflower until translucent. Place in a food processor or blender and add all other ingredients. Pulse several times to blend, but do NOT puree.

Spread mixture on parchment paper and cook at 450 degrees until golden brown (about 20-30 min).

Top with your favorite pizza toppings and broil. Best with a homemade pizza dipping sauce.
