    1 package ground turkey
    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
    1 pound black beans, simmered until tender, liquid reserved
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 jalapeno, diced
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 can corn
    1 12 oz can tomato paste
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    red pepper flakes
    chili powder
    salt & pepper


top with fat free sour cream or cheese as desired


Prepare dried black beans according to instructions and reserve the juice.

Heat olive oil in pan, add diced onion, jalapeno, turkey and diced chicken. Brown all together. Add diced tomatoes and their juice, and black beans. Add reserved juice from beans and tomato paste as needed to get the thickness you desire. Drain corn and add. Season with cumin, chili powder, red pepper flakes and other spices as desired. Simmer for 40 minutes or more to allow flavors to mingle
