Ingredients

    1 jar Cheesy Ragu LIGHT Parmesan Alfredo sauce + 2 jars water
    1 16 oz box Whole Wheat Penne (or other pasta of your choice)
    2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into chunks
    1 bag Frozen Broccoli
    5 oz Grated Parmesan cheese

Tips

It can be made with or without the broccoli & parm. This could probably also be a good crock pot recipe. You have to use the Ragu sauce, though. It's the lowest in fat, calories, sodium, etc. :)


Directions

In a 13" x 9" pan layer pasta, chicken & broccoli. Pour over sauce & water. Sprinkle grated parmesan on top. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350*
