1 C Fresh Spinach Leaves
1 Can 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup

1 Pkg. Meijer Cubed Ham
1 C (uncooked) Brown Rice
.25 C Fat Free Feta Cheese
1 C Fresh Spinach Leaves
1 Can 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 Yellow Bell Peppers
    1 Pkg. Meijer Cubed Ham
    1 C (uncooked) Brown Rice
    .25 C Fat Free Feta Cheese
    1 C Fresh Spinach Leaves
    1 Can 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup

Directions

Core peppers while you cook rice as directed.
Mix together crumbled feta, rice, spinach, ham, and broccoli cheese soup.
Stuff mixture in peppers. (They should be heaping.)
If desired, sprinkle with Panko.
Bake at 300 for 30-40 minutes.
Enjoy!
