    1 (8.5 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1 (4 oz.) can yellow frozen corn
    1 large egg, slightly beated
    cup Braum's Skim Milk
    cup Mexican shredded cheese


1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Pour into a 9x9 baking dish sprayed with cooking oil.
3. Baked in a preheated 400F. oven for 25 minutes.
4. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting into 9 equal portions.
