Introduction

These are really good for any meal. These are really good for any meal.
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 small (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    *Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g), .5 serving (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)
    Zucchini, .75 cup, sliced (remove)

Tips

I eat these wrapped in Romaine instead of on a burger. So Good.


Directions

Grate or finally chop all veggies. Combine all ingredients. Cook or med heat (on stove or outside grill) until thoroughly cooked.
