Introduction

Chock full of veggies, this hearty soup hits the spot on a cold day! Chock full of veggies, this hearty soup hits the spot on a cold day!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 lb. 90% lean ground beef
    2 c. carrots, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 sm/med head cabbage, cut into wedges
    2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
    1 (14 oz) can green beans
    2 quarts water
    2 T. beef boullion or broth powder
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Brown beef and onion together, drain. Add rest of ingredients, simmer 45 min.

Approximately 20 (1 cup) servings.
