Serve this sauce over kelp noodles (sea glass), or any type noodles or veggies you would like. You won't be sorry!
*** 8 cloves of garlic can be over-powering for some. You may want to cut this back to 4 or 5 cloves.
Raw foods should not be heated above 118-120 degrees. Be careful while blending in your vitamix.
This recipe is, raw, vegan, and can be glutin free depending on your ingredient choices.
2. Measure the remaining ingredients into a vitamix or high-powered blender.
3. Go chill out for 1-2 hours ... or prep the rest of your meal.
4. When time is up drain the cashews well. Then toss them in the blender with rest of ingredients.
5. Blend until creamy smooth. You finished product should not be grainy.
