    Blend Together:
    2 Cups White Flour
    2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
    2 Tsp Baking Soda
    2/3 Tsp Salt
    1 Cup Chocolate Chips (optional)

    1/2 cup margarine
    1 cup white sugar

    Then add to this:
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 Large Eggs
    100 grams Egg whites (equivalent measure of two eggs)
    2 tsp vanilla
    5 mashed bananas

    Add moist to dry ingredients until just blended. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry. YUM!!!
