    2 Cans Mixed Vegetables (no salt added)
    3 Cans Green Beans (no salt added)
    1 can Corn (no salt added)
    1 Can Peas (no salt added)
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes (no salt added)
    1 64 ounce Low Sodium V8 vegetable juice
    1 Pound of Natural Beef Stew Meat

Tips

If you arent worried about sodium you can add salt to this recipe but for people with high blood pressure this is a great low sodium meal. Just get some low sodium crackers and dinner is served.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high 4 hours....enjoy
