    2 cups Shredded Cauliflower
    1 Large Egg
    1 tspOregano
    1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
    1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


The calorie count is for the crust only.


Microwave the cauliflower for 8-10 minutes until its tender. Drain off any excess water. Mix the other ingredients in and shape into a pizza crust on a nonstick pan. Bake at 450F for about 15 minutes until golden. Add sauce and preferred toppings and bake for about five more minutes. Cut into 8 slices.
