2 C diced green peppers
2 C sliced mushrooms
2 C cauliflower (stems & leafs removed)
1 Can crushed tomatoes
2 Cloves diced Garlic
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp Real Salt
2 Tbls chili powder
1 tsp ground Black Pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef. Add garlic, vegetables, spices and tomatoes. Simmer for 30-45 minutes until vegetables are tender.
