Number of Servings: 6


    1 tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves of galic minced
    1 chopped onion
    1 can (28 oz) canned italian tomatoes
    2 fish filet (cod, sole or any other white fish)
    1 bell pepper
    4 mushrooms
    1 tbsp of cardamon seeds
    1 tbsp of cury
    Jamaican all spice (to taste) (1/2 tbsp)
    1 tbsp of chili powder
    1/2 tbsp massala powder
    salt, pepper


this recipe can take almost any vegetable. Brocoli, cauliflower, green beans, use whatever you have in the house.


with the olive oil, cook onions and garlic until ionions are blanched
add vegetables and canned tomatoes
add spices to taste
cook for 2 minutes
add fish
cook for 15 minutes

Serve on rice
