    2 tbs oat bran
    1 tbs greek plain yogurt
    2 tbs cottage cheese dry curd, has to be DRY CURD
    1-2 egg whites to get liquidy consistency of the batter
    stevia drops for sweetness

    1 medium apple grated and cooked with cinnamon


Adjust cooking time by the type of the pan you use and cook stove. Use non stick pan. Wait until bottom is brown, then flip.


mix all ingredients accept the apple, spread on preheated pancake pan,cover with lid, cook on medium until bottom is brown,flip,cook uncovered for 2 min.Set aside. While pancake is cooling down,cook the filling. Filling is made of grated apple cooked with cinnamon for 2 min or so. Spread apple filling on one half of the pancake,fold. Enjoy hot or cold.
